Our client entrusted Proxima Cyber to implement Okta, integrate 100+ applications in waves and build program support internally. Proxima established the organization’s first cyber steering committee and set forth a governance model still used today.

Proxima assisted our client in implementing BeyondTrust for Privileged Account Management (PAM). Our team assisted the client in building a PAM strategy, classifying and discovering accounts, and implementing vaulting policies.

As a trusted advisor to the organization, Proxima also performed a health check on the existing Cybersecurity posture covering IAM, SOC and GRC.

Proxima assisted our client build a secure Cybersecurity Strategy centered around Zero Trust for our client. This strategy involved revamping their Splunk instance, refreshing their SailPoint IdentityIQ instance, maturing CyberArk capabilities, among other risk improvement measures.

The Proxima Team built a 5 year roadmap and were responsible for executing the program in an environment with significant Operational Technology (OT) risk and considerations; and where other vendors had failed prior. Proxima experts assisted a Federal Administration to build a business case and receive funding for a Cybersecurity revamp program. Working with the CISO in a highly disjoint enterprise with over 300,000 Users, we build a roadmap in the areas of Third Party Risk, Two Factor Authentication / Remote Work, Identity Governance, Policy Management, PKI refresh, Data Protection and Security Operations.

Our team assisted with product selection for each domain and built a Cybersecurity Steering Committee, the first in any Federal Agency to protect and mitigate threats against the government. Proxima established policies for remote work, 2FA; and architected a PKI with Azure to facilitate a unified approach in an otherwise disconnected enterprise.

Federal Agency requested Proxima assist with their Identity and Access Management (IAM) buildout of Ping Federate and SailPoint IdentityIQ. Our SMEs integrated Ping, enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for 30 applications.

Our Architects onboarded Authoritative sources, built a Role Based Access Control (RBAC) design to facilitate day 1 access to the agency’s users, integrated IIQ with Splunk for realtime monitoring, and provided hands on training to Agency personnel for hand off and maintenance.
